Shipping policy

All orders placed before noon PST Monday-Friday are processed within 1-4 business days of your order date. Please keep in mind, business hours exclude all national holidays. 

We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to contact the shipping carrier for any assistance.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
